...Witness Ministries---Objective: To increase the number of existing [18] local churches to 25 or equivalent to 40% increase in Quezon City. Strategies: (1) Create a pool of trainors for "Sowers Training for Evangelism and Mission." (2) Equip the sowers with skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for effective evangelistic effort. (3) Enable equipped sowers to train trainors.
...District Committee on Finance---Meetings held: June 8, 2004 (Puno UMC), July 30, 2004 (Puno UMC), September 4, 2004 (Puno UMC), March 3, 2005 (Good Samaritan UMC). Actions Passed: Apportionment formula, purchase of computer set, formulation of policies and guidelines on disbursement of funds, purchase of district vehicle, DS and staff health insurance, parsonage utilities, donation and fund raising, district office and parsonage development, formulation of budget for 2005-2006. . . . Proposed Budget for CY 2005-2006: PhP1,509,642.
...District Lay Leader---Goal for the CY 2004-2005: Study and assess the quality and quantity of lay participation in the life and mission of the church through observation, discussion with leaders of lay organizations and churches, and participation in planning and implementing the NOW programs. Accomplishments: Supported the district outreach program, nurture program, mission and evangelism, committee on finance, committee on the ordained ministry, committee on buildings and location, council on ministries, workers fellowship, clergy spouses, WSCS program, special events.
...District Cluster 4---Goal: Working Together in Christ. Activities undertaken: cluster meetings, exchange pulpit, non-stop praise and worship, Christmas fellowship, UMYF summer camp.
...United Methodist Men---Activities: Monthly breakfast meeting, monthly forum and joint fellowship meeting, executive committee meeting. Total offerings collected during monthly meetings: PhP4,340.00.
...UMYF---Thrust: Youth Reach. Foci: Social responsibility, outreach, missions. Objectives: Grow in the knowledge of God thru prayer, worship and the Holy Spirit; to be aware of our social responsibility as UMYF'ers in the community; to carry out the needs in our society. Accomplished activities: district youth council meetings, annual youth council meetings, national youth council meetings, district youth fellowships, special activities (Christmas Institute Leadership Training, Wesley Aldersgate Restoration Ministry, Pagdulog 2005, Christmas Acoustic Concert, Christmas Institute 2004, 1st District Youth Conference, Outreach Mission in Bulacan, Pasasalamat, Love Concert--"The Nearness of You" and Love Concert. The officers: Frank Floyd Alcantara, President; Renante Amador, Vice-President; Noelle Jane Nicolas, Executive Secretary; Alfred Alfonso Liberato, Finance Officer; Mary Anne Sunga, ECN Department Head; Richard Navarrete, Information Department Head.
...Workers Fellowship. President: Cleto N. Pera. Treasurer: Elvie Marie T. Lazaro. Auditor: Hilario Carolino. Accomplishments: Planning, Visioning and Spiritual Retreat (Overlook Resort, Antipolo City; Planning Workshop with Outreach Committee (Del Monte UMC); National Situationer (Lesley Capus, Resource person, held at Lagro UMC); Public Speaking Seminar (Dr. Judith Bunyi, resource person, held at John Mark UMC); Enriching Methodist Worship Using Contemporary Worship (Bro. Arnel de Pano, resource person, held at Kamuning UMC); QCDWF Christmas Party with their families held at Village UMC. Raised funds: PhP113,840.00. 56 full-time workers given PhP500.00 each with PhP300.00 worth of "ham." 24 student workers given PhP500.00 each. PhP13,000.00---budget for raffles, gifts for children, prizes and give-aways. Given to each caroler: PhP200.00. Donation to QCD office--sofa set worth PhP6,800.00 Budgeted for parsonages destroyed by typhoons: PhP11,300.00. Special offering for the parsonage: PhP11,000.00

Ending balance as of February 28, 2005: PhP145,690.31. Summary of monthly PACE & MISSION Apportionment Remittances (for the period June 1, 2004 to March 9, 2005): PhP952,560.00.
...Candidates to the ordained ministry and to Harris Memorial College were accepted. They will be recommended to the annual conference. [Names will be reported after the session of the PACE session on April 5-8, 2005 at Puno UMC).

...1. Lay Speakers Seminars/Trainings. Led by a husband and wife team---Mr. Aurelio & Mrs. Fe Castillo. Two seminar-workshops were conducted. Number of participants: 104, and 2 from Laguna-Quezon District. The district UMM conducted the Advanced Lay Speakers' Training. Number of trainees: 46 laymen from 13 local churches.
...2. Covenant Discipleship led by Mr. Romy Sison. Held seminars on Small Group Ministries. The Rizal District Pilot Covenant Discipleship Group: Dr. Judith Bunyi (President, Harris Memorial College); Mr. Romy Sison (District Lay Leader); Mr. Dominador Vinluan (Chair, District Council on Ministries); Mrs. Purita Cajiuat (Coordinator, Nurture Ministries); Mrs. Fe Castillo (Head, District Small Group Ministries); and Rev. DS Ruben M. Letana.
